On 12/21/2009 after realizing that trying to get an intelligent answer out of Ford Customer Support is a total waste of time, I insisted that they raise my inquiry about where my 2010 Flex is and when will I receive it, to the higher level of support. BTW my Flex was built on 12/2/2009. Today 12/22/2009 I received a call from a guy from the Problem Resolution Center (I think). He told me that he had researched my problem and that my Flex was delayed (NO XXXX well you know). He could not tell me where it was, why it is delayed, when it would be shipped or even if the Oakville Plant is open or not (I think this guy should be working at the customer support center or at New York State DMV). I asked him to please put a supervisor on the line, which he did. I explained the situation to her and she took my info and said she will research the issue and get back to me. About four hours later she called me back and said that my Flex was sitting at the Oakville Plant ready to ship. But that Ford had put a stop shipping order on all vehicles out of the Oakville Plant. When I asked her why they were not shipping she said it was for a "non-disclosed proprietary reason".
  2. I am wondering if the second row refrigerated console from any other Ford vehicle will fit the 2010 Flex?
  3. What bothers me is the lack of assistance from Ford Customer Support. When you call them the info they have is always very dated. When I called them yesterday (Friday 12/18/2009) the latest update they could come up with was from 12/09/2009. You would think they could do better than that.
  4. cal1, Will my Flex still need to go to the upfitters to have the remote starter option installed before it is shipped to my Dealer here in NY?

  6. Well you know what mrmike I am also so frustrated right now. By you hijacking my thread. And I see that I am not the first one you have done this to. Why don't you have a little consideration and start your own topic, the way you are supposed to.

  8. Duckracer I have run turbo diesels in my Boats for many years. I always give them plenty of time to warm up and cool down. So i guess I'm turbo acclimated. Thanks for the concern!

  10. Can anyone give me a best guess when I can expect a Flex Limited Eco Boost, which I ordered on 10/28/2009 to be delivered to a Long Island, NY Dealer?
  11. I ordered a 2010 Flex Limited Eco Boost on 10/30/09. Can anyone tell me how long it takes for a VIN to be assigned for my new Flex? And when the dealer can get me a digital copy of the Window Sticker?

  13. I purchased my 2007 Mustang GT/CS on 1/31/08 and it did not come with a window sticker. If possible I would love to have a PDF copy of the window sticker. Thank You Very Much
