Hi Everyone, Been reading this forum for a long time. I just picked up my loaded 2012 Fusion Hybrid that I ordered back in June. What a nice car. Plenty of tech stuff that will keep me busy learning for quite some time.

Well finally got my 2012 loaded Fusion Hybrid yesterday. What a nice car. its going to take me awhile to learn all teh tech stuff on this beauty.

YEEEAHHH!!! I just heard, my Fusion Hybrid with NAV just arrived. Going to get it Saturday morning. Hell, that was a long wait.

Whoa!! Thats Great. I havent heard anything yet on my Hybrid & mine caught the early train to Chicago.

Oh sorry, I was wondering what you meant. I got a 2012 Fusion Hybrid, Sterling Grey, 502A loaded package, premium mats, Black interior leather.

Hey, Just heard from my dealer this morning: "Just a quick update, the fusion has reached our Chicagoland holding yard. It usually takes anywhere from 3-14 days from there to get released and shipped to the dealership." Oh so close, I can smell that new car smell.

Post a picture of it with the NAV. I wont believe it until I see it, a 2012 Fusion with Nav. :shades:

Yeah I know. I was hoping it would come in by Friday so I can get it Saturday.

I ordered it at Bredemann Ford in Glenview.

I noticed that too, how sweet is that!!!!! Keep in touch, have to break out the champaign. Oh soooo close:) Cant Wait!!!

I just got my window sticker also!!!!! Oh Yeah!!! I talked to my Sales Manager yesterday & asked him the status of my Hybrid. H eclaims its still slated for production this week. I said how come I havent seen a window sticker yet on any of the websites he checked. About a hour later he said "here you go", Bam there it was. Then magically the websites I use to check window stickers all of a sudden it showed up. Coincidence?? My question is who actually creates the window sticker? Im guessing the dealer did something & it appeared. Cant Wait!!! Too bad I had to ask. 100% of the communication has been me calling dealer & asking for stuff.

Im in the same boat waiting since June. -Hybrids are being built now - Haven't you heard????? -The Navigation shortage/issue has been lifted - Haven't you heard???? -Regional Sale Rep said it should be built first week of October -Dealer wont get back to me with any updates. They have spewed alot of BS to me over the months so I pretty much dont believe anything they say anyways. Trust me, I know Waaaayyyy more than the dealers know about their cars & whats happening. You would think with all the time they have staring out the windows looking for their next kill they could do a little research. Oh well, I guess I have always been a strong believer of customer service. I'll wait a little longer & if no news at all, I will pull the plug on it. While I waited all this time I was looking at 2011 4 bangers with Nav, they were impossible to find also. I dealt with 4-5 dealers in the past months & have to say not impressed like years past. They were all stereotypical sales men from the Goodfellas cast, your best friend, spewing major BS until they realize they got your money or not interested. Names like Giovanni, and he fit perfectly what you expect somebody with that name to look & act like (no offense to anybody). Its just the lack of info & followup that drives me nuts. Well, lets hope for a miracle soon. Cant sell cars if you dont make them!!!!

Heck, lets keep each other in the loop with whats happening with our Fusion build. It looks like your also in Chicago area & our Fusion might be built close together. I got my Vin over 2 weeks ago & no sticker yet. Even Sales manager didnt respond back to me. Im guessing our build data of next isnt happening. I have to admit Im really getting sick of all this.

Heck, Im still waiting for my 2012 Fusion Hybrid with nav that I ordered in June. Right when I was about to cancel my order over a week ago, I talked to head sales manager (not my Sopranos castoff salesman). He had a meeting with the regional manager & my vin# just got issued. Talk about a mood swing I had. That was the 15th, Im still trying everyday to get a window sticker, but nothing yet. Man I cant wait to get that FFH. Hopefully all this waiting pays off. Should I be getting the window sticker soon? I try 3 different sites everyday. They told me the approx build date was first week in October. Thanks & This Forum Rocks!!!

And your source of information is who/what? The original build (job 1) for hybrids was Nov 1st. They have moved that date up & started building them as of Aug 1st, just not with Navs. I appreciate your info, keep any additonal info coming.

Hi, I am about to cancel my 2012 Fusion Hybrid that I have had on order since June. It is loaded with 502 package (Navagation). YES, I know all about the Nav delay, problem is that NOBODY can tell me when to expect my car. Not Ford customer service/Ford marketing & my pretty much useless dealer ("uh, no news, sorry"). I even asked a dealer when I got a oil change yesterday & he had no clue about nav shortage, only paint. Any rumors/news I learn on the forums. I understand there is a delay due to Japan earthquake, but it is mid September & like I said Nobody knows anything. How can Ford not know anything about when they will produce Fusion Hybrids with Nav??? Im ready to go buy a different car. I have been a Ford guy most of my life, but ready to jump ship. Its not soo much the waiting as it is getting zero info on when to expect my Hybrid. I do know they are now producing Hybrids, just without the nav. What is the big secret?? Feel free to try to talk me out of it before Monday. I must have nav, and I know I have waited this long (but that wont work). Thanks - Just V enting

I have had a 2012 Ford Fusion Hybrid on order since early June. When in the world is Ford going to start producing these? I have read here that Nov is Job 1, and my saleman said yesterday September (probably to satisfy me since I keep asking him, I know more than he does). Why the long wait. I also ordered it with Nav which is a whole other issue I know about. They produced MKZ Hybrids awhile ago. Anyne have a definite answer since I only get my answers here compared to dealer? Thanks

Do you know if that includes Fusion Hybrids with Nav? I have a 2012 Fusion Hybrid with NAV on order since early June with no news from Dealer. I learn everything from these forums. Last I heard was Nov for Fusion Hybrids. Why if they made MKZ's with NAV already?
