Don't blame me, I voted no because of that BS.

Dont worry about the cameras. The locals should insist that any resulting video footage obtained shall NOT be used for disciplinary purposes or the company can 'shove it'.One thing the workers will never be told is exactly how much we are necessary to the companies survival. We are all highly trained and have proven ourselves capable.C`mon, the company needs us as much as we need them.I gotta itch that you wont believe and its ,,,,,right there!Catch all that?Wanna see more?

same could be said of u,  u have been trolling and bashing the union, to no end. and yet no proof of what u say. or fatso says,  so as usual no proof.

You aint that clever Dark One.Just because I am paranoid 'dont mean that no one is out to get me'.Tighten up the procedure involved in voting on something as important as a National 4 year Contract at the, absolutely, most powerful and influential local,LOCAL 600,in the UAW.Stop the "allegation" game. You are using a word slightly out of context. There is NO ALLEGATION being made. There is the possibility and appearance of impropriety. There is the point being made that the vote can be made more secure.Your own guilty conscience is what turned that into that into an "allegation".By the way,,,,,this contract has not passed yet.I wonder how Local 600 will vote? They report last, dont they?CHEESE IT,,,,,,,THE FEDS.I take it that you are a good union member.I wish you no ill will, brother.Let us 'right the ship' and regain credibility in the UAW.Have you voted yet?I think the IUAW did us all well and progress was made.I would have liked a buyout offer but I understand that is not a "gimme" and I am guessing that Ford Motor has manpower needs and requirements in order to run the company.I guess that my trade is harder to simply replace than production.GOOD JOB UAW and  onto greater profits Dark One,lead the way!By the way I thought you were ignoring me?Oh stop it,,dont take any of this personal.Opinions are like assholes, everyones got one.Keep Smilin!Gary Jones,Dennis Williams and the rest of those lovable cads.I wonder,,,,,do you think those strippers were paid only to walk around and light cigars?Or,is there stuff we still dont know about?BAM-A-LAM!Could that be ,yet another "ALLEGATION"?

  6. Yeah, the guy is way beyond difficult to reason with.Being defensive is a way to  distract from the issue of making the voting procedure more secure.Notice how Local 600 will report last or near the end. What does :confused:Fox News and Rush Limbaugh:confused: have to do with anything? They dont care about the union vote. The UAW is not that important to the rest of the nation.I can only hope he keeps his word and IGNORES ME.Meantime I will leave the investigation of corruption in the UAW in the competent hands of Alex Jones. I mean, the Federal Bureau of Investigation.CHEESE-IT!

  7. The Locals will be expected to go along or it would not be in the National Contract. The Locals maybe able to tweak the details of how the cameras are used but remember the UAW motto--COMPLIANCE is MANDATORY.I gotta nasty itch in my pants,,,,,excuse me.I wish they had better toilet paper around this place!

Fatso, Bucko, the same person? Sterling has lost 3 kids in the last 2 years to the opioid epidemic so go FUCK yourself you two MORONS!

First,my sincere condolences on your friends tragic loss.Insulting me will not solve the problem."opiod epidemic" is NOT a disease like diabetes or arthritis or autism it is a behavioral problem.Coddling drug addicts by calling their lack of self-control a disease and labeling them as "victims" of society, obviously does not help.I dont know you.I was totally unaware of your personal situation and I honestly dont wish you any ill feelings. You ever catch your own kids messing around with drugs,do them a favor.Break their nose and tell them its Karma.Even after that, realize that the problem of stopping drug addiction is the responsibility of the addicted person themselves. If somebody else  could do it for them, they would.I am a different person than Bucko,we just share a similiar point of view on this issue along with countless others.

how about proof as to what u allege.  and again u have none, just want to speculate.

I go beyond "allege" when I know the procedure for voting on the National Contract at Local 600 was unsecure. Okay what does that mean?It means not protected from attack or other criminal activity.Does that mean I "allege" vote tampering? No,I know that it is a possibility.I voiced my concerns to the Local and they assured me that there was no messing with the ballots and without proof I guess I have to trust.Maybe it was honest, but why all of a sudden was the procedure for voting less secure than the procedure for voting to elect union officers? The top officials of the IUAW may go to prison and the UAW itself may be forced into receivership. At this point I trust nobody and for good reason.I "allege" that the day before the Feds handed down indictments that everybody was passing themselves off as honest and ethical. The vote tally from the largest local at Ford has ramifications for every Ford/UAW worker in the nation.I hope the feds leave no stone unturned in their  use of the word "allege".Cheese it-----THE FEDS!

It really is a shame that there has been no lib increase for you guys, I totally agree. Personally I don't like the idea of the iuaw getting all this new money for new "joint programs" and the expansion of current ones. We all know the uaw apparatus can't be trusted with the money that currently funds these programs and more company money going to them just seems wrong. These programs look great on paper, but so does communism until you see it in action. Truth is, more programs = union officials family and friends get new no show appointments. This is money that would be better spent on the workforce, instead the union bargained it for themselves. Millions that could have went towards retirement funds or retirees, or maybe even a Christmas bonus. Opioid awareness? I say shit can the dopeheads and give the money to us!

Right On.I see the company propaganda about the opioid crisis as being a disease? So,getting high and feeling no pain is not desirable or a mental weakness it is a "disease"?Hey I got that disease too.Only I dont like the consequences of facing reality when I come down.Just like homeless people are BUMS and criminals, opioid addicts are ultimately responsible for themselves.I grew up in the 70`s.You name the drug and I probably did it.Coddling a drug addict or a BUM is no solution.Compassion along with "tough love" is the answer.Face reality and own up to your own problems.Look at what you are doing. How does your behavior affect others? If I can do it,anyone can do it.NO FEAR

I'm not really happy but I'm not sad either, it is just what I need. I'll just say this, there are a lot of continuing education benefits being with Ford and the UAW. I took advantage, I'm comfortable leaving before retirement. I wanted full control of  my future I'm not comfortable with giving a company or a union anymore of that control. Everything else is evolving so should your methods of retirement. You too can learn how just look for my book on Amazon in the near future.?

Live like a king, brother, you earned it.CAP does put out some kik ass products.Screw the punk-ass gangs and cliques.

I believe ya Fatso, Dark270 is just another troll

It's no secret the UAW has padded votes since the 1980's prob even before then. Just that back then snitches got stitches today they get participation trophies. I mean look at our local at CAP, how these people got elected in a fair election is impossible to imagine. 2 shouldn't even have jobs if zero tolerance was actually a thing. But as you see CAP doesn't vote, they fabricate the numbers. Our election is currently under investigation due to the racial attacks from our current bargaining committee against their opponents during the election and their defaming propaganda. It's going to get real interesting at CAP after this contract ratifies.

I have no reason to lie and let me say that I did make very good money working at the Rouge and I worked with some highly talented people. What more proof that corruption exists within the UAW do you want?Top IUAW officials have plead GUILTY to corruption charges and gone to prison? The past and current president are being investigated by the FBI?Rory Gamble needs to re-evaluate the rules and procedures and tighten them up a bit.People being people I think it is impossible to totally eliminate unethical behavior so why make it easier to occur? For the last time and I dont know if things changed,I dont work there anymore, the way that voting on a National Contract was done, vote tampering and possible corruption looked fairly easy to do.Once again this is by far the largest local at Ford Motor Company and that is what makes Local 600 the most powerful. To those that want to "slam me" I say,the FEDS are watching this time so just keep doin what y`all been doin. The Feds probably read this forum. On a side note, with that $60,000 buyout + signing bonus + performance bonus you should be pretty happy!A turkey and a ham this Christmas!Yes ya always want more but sometimes "you get what you need".

The pension may be crappy but at least it's there, let alone you could retire at 62. The age of retirement isn't going down for the in progression worker, only going up. Crappy guaranteed pension is better than having to work till you're 67 with the hope social security will still be there! I know there may be division between us but do you think life gets cheaper as the yrs go by? Does the gas and electric bill shrink? Food? Should the next generation expect lower pay? No..we really shouldn't be fighting each other on this anymore, we are one remember? Lol ok..but seriously we need to take the stance of getting everything we can out of this company while we can, the company makes sure they squeeze every bit of profit out of us that they can. I'm tired of this division 5, 10, 20, 30yrs etc... We all deserve more !!!

"Crappy pension is better than no pension" that is the best we can do?Well obviously YES it is.The company won the pension ,issue battle, in previous contracts and yes,now we are divided on the subject based on seniority.I doubt if many younger workers are going to strike for an increase in pension benefits that they dont even get.I can see a day coming when the company will refuse to fund VEBA.That means work till your 65 and then go on Medicare.I dont see it changing so keep contributing to your individual retirement accounts. One day you will be glad you did.I give up,,,when do I get my signing bonus?

as i suspected, no proof. all hearsay.

What do you want proof of?I am saying I worked there and that was the procedure for the vote on the National Contract.I no longer work there and things might have changed. That was the way it was done.A union rep walking around the plant with a plastic paint bucket that, you drop a slip of paper into. Now where I currently work, you show up at the union hall and drop your slip into a locked, metal box.All I want is my vote counted fairly.I pay my dues,I get a vote.I never said that I saw the votes counted and changed.I did not.I am saying that the procedure for the vote should be more secure, especially at the largest local.A local that has enough votes to decide the outcome for the entire membership.Lax rules present an opportunity that may,,,,MAY,,,,,lead to corruption.Want proof of corruption in the union?Read the newspaper.I dont care what you believe or accept as proof.I WAS THERE!

No my math is spot on, I live in Chicago. Cost of living here is screwed up, making 27$ hr here is like making 6$ in Arkansas.

I understand where you're coming from with your Obama common core math, and I'm sorry that happened to you.

I hope you find a mentor to lead you out of your misguided direction.

Please don't vote without parental supervision.

Detroit Lions 27 Chicago Bears 23    I like that math! Wanna know how crappy your Ford pension is?Figure you get $53 a month for every year worked. 30 years  times $53 a month = $1600 a month approx.= $19,200 a year.Let me emphasize that is after showing up for 30 years, reliably in a factory, manufacturing, environment. The retirees having not received am increase in their LIB ,have been paying for the last 3 contracts.Just give me my signing bonus,,,,,PLEASE and if you dont like the job, take $60,000 of "free money" and find another job or stay home.Unless you are trades of course and then,,,,,want some O.T.?

while i agree, do u have proof of this ? not just 'hearsay' ?  video/photo/link ?

Oh PLEASE,,,,,,,,,,I might as well sign my name at this point.Oakman blvd.turns into Miller Road south of Michigan Avenue [yeah, there`s the  the Pantheon go-go club}and I dunno,I think it was Gate 5 where the Miller Road overpass and also an entrance to the freakin Rouge {welcome to HELL} was.Uh,,,,,what else do ya want? Now in all fairness {cuz I liked my mitty-man} of course I did not witness any tampering HOWEVER the problem is that the process was totally unsecure.Local 600 has the most members. That alone is what makes Local 600 the most powerful local. Not because Local 600 is the most philosophically, convicted, dedicated,to unionism,.In my opinion where I work now ,as far as unionism goes,,,well makes my miserable existence at Ford at least bearable.Politics, greed and corruption is involved in everything where a person can make an easy dollar bill.Unless Rory changes the existing structure of the rules, making it harder to get away with taking kick-backs from the company, the scandals will keep reappearing only with different names involved.

The 4 ways to ban a member and block access to a server.

    1. Lock account

    2. Block IP address

    3. Block MAC address

    4. Cookies

I came back in here with a similar name so it's clear who I am, and only to show you I can access this or any other public server anytime I like. You can never so me. I have created my own forums and know how it all works. Look at my IP right now. You will see it automatically changes every few minutes.

This sight had been dead for many years and blocking, banning, and silencing and deleting posts from anyone that tells you that doesn't change that fact.

I came here trolling simply for entertainment and to rile you assclowns up.  In a battle of wits you are all unarmed. What I am is one step below an engineer with over 10 years sailing on Marine vessels. I spent the last 10 sailing on the M/V Lee A. Tregurtha and M/V Kaye E. Barker aka. S.S. William Clay Ford &

WOW! BRAVO! I hope one day you find somebody you impress.

  19. Voting on something as important as a 4 year National Contract should be secured and safeguarded. Not just a union rep walking around the plant holding  a plastic, old paint, bucket for  members to toss a slip of paper into.Lazy rules make it easier for corruption to occur.Local 600 is the largest,by membership, they have the most votes.
