Does anyone know of any employee referrals that we were given last year that have been called? Mine hasn't and everyone I've talked to hasn't either. But yet I see a lot of new hires and they say they came out of Mich Works. Was our referrals just trashed or ignored?

Does anyone out there know if we still have legal aid assistance (like for wills, etc)? Someone told me that was phased out under the new contract but I just want to be sure before I go looking for phone numbers.

That's why I changed over to BCBS, that's the one they're talking about is now $20 co-pay, plus you can choose any doctor you want, no deductible. I used to have BCN also but got tired of begging my doctor for a referral plus the new BCBS is even bettter. That's what changed with the new contract. You can do it online at the benefits section.

Won a FREE Carribean cruise which sets sail on Friday, so let's see, take a AWOL or come into work and miss the cruise?? You figure it out wise guy!! Does anyone on here know whether if you AWOL on Friday the 23rd, if it will affect your Holiday pay? Since technically, the Holiday pay starts in a new week, but I'd like to know for sure. Thanks
