No one is giving up anything. Not even shift premium. We are not going to 4-10's either. Sitco was asked about that a couple of months ago, and he said that it would not work because we have a hard enough time making our numbers on 5-8's. In a nut shell, they are afraid of paying more overtime if they go to 4-10's.
