to all my brothers and sisters have a wonderful and joyful x mas :happy feet:

aai is a plant thats going to cut a whole shift before its all over they ran one shift not too long ago and then got the mustang and had to add another shift if they were to offer buy outs again there should be a hugh line for it fords can not keep losing money and they will keep cutting until they make money so i think theres going to be more plants cutting shifts before its all done

dearborn truck was to go 3 shifts again after 1st of year

herd managment and union are working on a plan to put aai to one shift until things start to pick up the people going to dearborn truck is temp until they get caught up on the trucks can you say mass lay off is coming sorry to say stay postive and hope for the best

bottom line the outsourcing is not done at AAI there going to cut all high low jobs and pdi before its all over they were talking about it when i was there

very true,when i took my buy out people on the line told me that i was stupied for doing it but look now i had 98 senority i knew i wasnt going to last long i just hope for the best for all of you

that number will probaly go up fords going to keep cutting jobs until they start making money that goes for all fords plants but looks like there starting with aai first. iam glad i got out when i had the chance can theos people take the buyout or is it just layoffs now?

man i hope for the best to all FORD emplyoees iam a former one my self and god i would hate to see the ship sink that would be a lot of jobs gone and at these rough times i pray to god that george bush does the right thing and not the wrong thing and i hope the UAW puts up a fight to the very end

damn right fords will be around forever
