It looks like we are in a similar boat, sventhusiast. I guess I will be happy if I get my car before the end of the month. Not knowing when to expect it drives me a little cuckoo though. Good luck to ya and let's hope they send our cars out soon!

Thanks for the reply. It was my understanding that they built the cars in sequence by the VIN, but it would make sense if they didn't. When I called Ford Customer Service, they said the car was built since February, but I suppose they could have been wrong. In any case, I am just happy that I will eventually get this car.

I am hoping someone here can help with more information about this. I bought a 502A Fusion Hybrid in mid-march that was from dealer stock because I didn't want to wait several months for an order to be completed. I can't wait for the car to arrive! Now I am seeing the dealer stock cars arrive and it is so frustrating to to not have mine yet. The VIN number is really low (00345) and I have noticed most of the stock cars on the cars.com inventory are 4000s or higher. Does anyone have any idea if they are holding back on lower VIN numbers or if those are the last to sent out for some reason? My car has been built for months, and now the dealer is telling me they are not sure when it is coming in. Waiting for the car is driving me nuts because I really want to drive it! Is it possible the dealer screwed me and sold me a car that they won't get for a long time?

Perhaps you should pick it up before Tuesday just to avoid any tax credit ambiguities with the whole date of possession issue. How do you know when it is scheduled to arrive? I am waiting for my FFH, and I know it is supposed to arrive soon, but I don't know exactly when.
