  1. Thought I would let everybody know that the dealer was able to fix the headliner squeak pretty easily. After removing the headliner, the technician noticed that there was a clip that was not fully attached. Now it is solid as a rock!!!
  2. That is exactly where the sound is coming from, but it really is a high-pitched squeak instead of a rattle. How would you describe the sound.
  3. I've got a serious squeaking problem in the headliner near the DVD system toward the left side of the vehicle. I'm taking it in for service tomorrow, but was wondering whether anybody else has had that problem and, if so, what they have done to remedy it. I have to get this fix because it is destroying my enjoyment of the vehicle. Any and all help is greatly appreciated -- I would like to give the service department any leads that others have already learned the hard way. I've noticed in other forums that folks have complained about a headliner "rattle". This definitely is not a rattle, it is a squeak. Is this the same problem?
  4. I've decided to get a Flex and am looking around at the local area dealer inventory. I've noticed that a few Flexes are noted on the sticker as being "Job #2". What does that mean and how important is that?
