Unable to access my window sticker. I tried several links, what could be wrong? It's scheduled with a date late in the month. I was able to get my f-250's sticker the minute I had the vin. Not so,with our new Escape I guess.

Anyone update their GPS Database? If so, did you have the dealer do it or did you order the disc and install the update yourself? Thanks for any input, it's appreciated.

The All Terrains were the favorite tires on my previous trucks. They were mileage kings for me. I can't wait to dump the Conti's on my 2011 short bed, gas, crew. Anyone have a pick with their 250 on the All Terrains, please post. Also, how is the noise and handling on the 250?

Sorry for the late post, I'm seeing around 11 mpg average around town. I've got a lead foot so on the HWY I try and use cruise as much as possible. When I do I see as much as 15+ mpg @ 65- 70. I'm loving this truck.

Yes & No. Harley packages were available in 2011, but have just been discontinued. First to go was the Cabela's package. When I ordered my SD, 9/13/10, the Harley edition was still available on the website . The link you provided shows it gone, as does the latest production guide. I would guess that like rolling changes on the production line during the model year, the HD pkge was phased out to conincide with the Job 2 build. I'm only guessing here. Maybe one of the tose in the know can give us the skinny on this.

In NYC, FWD cars just don't have the longevity of a RWD platform. I believe its due to constant abuse by mulitple drivers, the RWD's just hold up better. We have no AWD's that I am aware of, on patrol that is. U/C cars we have some, but they are CAT 1 cars (take home) for the most part and have one driver and no patrol abuse. The best FWD car we have had, IMO are the current Impala's. We first started using FWD in 1981. I was in Midtown South Pct (MTS) and we got 2 K-Cars, brandie new. My partner and I got one and the adjoining sector got the other. The other sector was out of service before the end of the tour. The following day, we were all back in our Plymouth's with 80 k on the odometers as both K's were out of service. They left for central repair, never to be seen again.
