ordered my e250 on feb 2nd. supposedly built on 26th of feb. supposedly sent to upfitters on 2march, finished at upfitter and shipped back to factory on the 5th of march. customer service told me last week would definately have before weekend. no van. this morn ford tells me all info in their visibility reports was all wrong and now we cant even track my van. talk about being upset.

thanks. that update is still from the 5th when it left upfitters back to plant. updated info is not in system and they do not know why but it is definately going to be here by tomarrow. i live 40 miles from plant!! thanks again.

Sorry. I figured from the 5th to yesterday would be considered a few days. A ford rep called me yesterday at noon and it is in transit from factory. thanks for your help and info.

thanks. I take it from that it should be going to dealer correct? I'm only 40 minutes from plant so should not take long. Dealer is worthless for info and telling me it wont be there until 3/14/2011. makes no sense. thanks again.I hope my van didn't drive away like that cat drive away!!!! funny Got ahold of higher up at dealer and told van goes back to plant after upfitter before shipped to dealer. if new info from rerecieved or whatever please let me know. thanks again for your help. 1FTNE2EL2BDA74487

ordered van 02/02. got vin on the 7th. window sticker appeared on the 22nd of feb but has no build or blend date. how is everyone seeing that info? dealer said supposed to have build date of today the 26th of feb. sure would like more info.
