I also plan on taking the rebates and refinancing with a local credit union for 2.59. I wasn't planning on waiting the 90 days unless there is something you had to sign agreeing to this. Have seen other topics about the dealer wanting you to wait so they get some type of credit but all have said there is nothing in writing.

My sticker also says convoy but have seen some threads here and on the 150 forum that say it is usually a mix of rail and truck carriers for delivery. Sure you would get your truck quicker if it went out directly by truck and didn't have to go through the rail system and then still have to be trucker to dealer.

Wondering if anyone knows if all the trucks from the Dearborn plant are loaded on trains at the plant. I see a lot of trucks waiting at the plant on ramp 59 for shipment. My last update shows mine is at Ramp 58, Melvindale, MI Mar-24-2011. Don't know if it is on a train and stopped there or was sent there by truck or train and waiting like a lot of others here to be loaded on a train.

Found this great site that lets you know what others are paying......you can price with options and lets you know what the dealer is really paying including their hold back (click on table tab in price report) also has incentives listed......A great way to find out how good of a deal you got as the dealer will always cry that they aren't making anything on the sale. http://usnews.rankingsandreviews.com/cars-trucks/Ford_F-150/

I plan on purchasing the warranty as there are way to many high tech things that can go wrong. I look at it as cheap insurance and one claim could pay for its self. I will only buy the Ford warranty so I know there won't be any problem with them honoring it if there is a claim. I did a lot of looking around and and seems all the dealers sell them on line. Prices are all over the place but funny thing is the best price I found on line is from the dealer Flood Ford in RI where I'm buying my truck. http://www.floodfordesp.com/

Got my sticker 1FTFX1CT1BFB27812 the other day and just realized it says to be built on 3/20 which is a sunday...is this right or is it just the week of the 20th?
