Anyone else annoyed that the 2012 (at least the hatchback, maybe both) only has 2 screws to attach the license plate? The bottom 2 license plate holes sit on rubber bumpers.... however, if you use a license plate frame, it wobbles and will probably make a stupid sound when you hit bumps. Any solutions? Looks like bumper holes are round and screwmate holes are square so I dont think I can just get 2 more screwmates and tighten this baby down.

Here is something useful to me.... (and maybe everyone else knows)... I know that you can set the locks to all open when you touch the driver's door handle, but I figured that 90% of the time it's just me getting in so I didn't want to open 4 locks constantly (for wear and for safety)... I found out though that if I touch the driver's passenger handle then all 4 locks unlock. So, if someone is coming with me to lunch then I touch that, otherwise I just touch mine.

Another known feature is that it can park in a driveway, and yet... people keep posting pictures of that activity.

Yeah, iPhone 3GS with the Apple Composite cable. Has USB too so you can charge while playing.

Yeah, I loaded about 25 of them in. All are .jpg, no spaces in the filenames, each is less than 500KB, were in the root folder of the USB (otherwise it didnt find them).

I believe that it creates a local LAN in your car, which you can share amongst passengers (even without Internet they could play games or whatever with each other), and then you can hook that LAN to the Internet via bluetooth tethering to a phone, USB broadband appliance, etc.

Outside temp reading did seem higher than I expected, too, but then I checked the weather and it has been higher than expected. My car is black, so thats worst case scenario, too, if its a matter of where the sensor is located. No "hill start" in settings, but do have "chimes" No reset, confirmed (guess its fuse if you have to). Auto Climate does not show "mono", confirmed, but don't care. Accessory mode does allow you to turn other things on, like climate, but I just turned climate off during my accessory mode personal MFT exploratory research session. Rear dome with moonroof has no button controls, confirmed. Key code number would be used for what?

Incorrect and potentially damaging misinformation. Perhaps yours was re-released after a quality check, but not sure how you extrapolate to "all cars." Mine was built April 28 and it is in my driveway. Perhaps the Fiestas and Focuses are selling like hotcakes, perhaps they do transport in batches (why drive to Wyoming with one car?), perhaps this is how it goes with a brand new vehicle.

I had the exact same question for my dealer after I used the Build & Price online. I can now confirm with 100% certainty that NAV is additional to Sony and not a replacement. And they both rock!

Figured it out... when you see the MPG readout, you left joystick to the right. Has 2 flowers you can grow petals on... and you can also win a trophy which it displayed for great eco driving... heh, pretty neat.

Right now all I can find is a reading of average mpg in the dashboard. Manual says there is EcoMode with flowers that grow petals as your drive more economically.

Cool, so, if you just move the shifter from D to S, but don't play with the toggle, it will do auto shifting but in a sporty mode?

I got mine last night, also!! Got it with 7 miles on it and this morning it has 107 from all the cruising we did. Reading syncmyride.com, etc and sitting in the garage trying all the MFT options... crazy stuff.
