Morning folk's! I am the proud owner of a 1999 Expedition Eddie Bauer edition. My troubles began when the rear bags inflated all the way up and refused to deflate. Checked all the forum and I found little to no information on my problem. Took her to Lithia Ford in Roseburg, Oregon for a recalibration. Took 3 and a half hours, the service writer tells me its a vent solenoid, then tells me it the PCM, then tells me they broke something and the system is non operational. I saw DTC C 1770 on the work order and asked him if that was the only DTC and he said no, but the tech did not write them down. Have to take her back monday morning for them to replace the part they broke at no charge. I found the vent solenoid, pulled it, cleaned it and it works. What should I tell the dealership. It was $99.00 for the calibration. I want all the DTC's if any, should I argue for another recal at their cost?
