  1. Well, I was hoping that someone swapped out their air ride for the coils and shocks and kept their old compressor and was willing to sell it....................
  2. No, thats the solenoid for the rear bag. I need the one thats held on top of the air compressor with four screws and has two wires.
  3. Checked Rockauto, they had nothing.
  4. My air-ride suspension has topped out in the rear on my 1999 Expedition (air on all 4 corners) I have found out that my vent solenoid on top of the compressor has locked up. I dont need the entire compressor, just the vent solenoid. Ford wont sell me just the solenoid, where can I get one? I dont need the entire compressor, I'd be happy with a used one! If anyone can point me in the right direction, that would be great!
  5. B1323 Door ajar lamp curcuit failure, B1428 Seat belt curcuit failure, C1770 Air suspension vent solenoid output curcuit failure,C1790 Air suspension LR airspring/shock solenoid output curcuit failure, C1818 Air suspension LR air compressor request exceeded Max timing, C1830 Air suspension compressor relay curcuit open, C1850 Air suspension warning lamp curcuit failure. WOW!!!! better you than me!
  6. New to the forum from Cold Bay, Alaska. I have a 1999 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer, white so you cant see it in the snow, and yes, I've had to wait for summer more than once when I forgot where I parked her and couldnt find her...........................
  7. Morning folk's! I am the proud owner of a 1999 Expedition Eddie Bauer edition. My troubles began when the rear bags inflated all the way up and refused to deflate. Checked all the forum and I found little to no information on my problem. Took her to Lithia Ford in Roseburg, Oregon for a recalibration. Took 3 and a half hours, the service writer tells me its a vent solenoid, then tells me it the PCM, then tells me they broke something and the system is non operational. I saw DTC C 1770 on the work order and asked him if that was the only DTC and he said no, but the tech did not write them down. Have to take her back monday morning for them to replace the part they broke at no charge. I found the vent solenoid, pulled it, cleaned it and it works. What should I tell the dealership. It was $99.00 for the calibration. I want all the DTC's if any, should I argue for another recal at their cost?
