  1. My dealership installed the engine cover at no charge, I can notice a difference in engine noise in the car, it’s definitely quieter. I told the service manager that I was disappointed they stopped installing them during production, he wasn't aware and wanted an update if it helped so he can pass it up the chain. I'm glad I got one before the stock is gone
  2. We've had our 2012 Titanium for about 3 weeks and the only problem we have had so far is the with the Bluetooth microphone. When I make a call I can hear the person I'm talking to crystal clear but the person I'm talking to reports terrible background noise and static. We've tried different cell phones and the problem is still there. So far we have done the following to troubleshoot the problem... Made calls from the car without the car running, no background noise at all Made calls with the car running in park, no background noise at all on this same call we gave the car a little gas while in park, some background noise started to bleed into the call Made calls during normal driving, background noise is bad and get worse during acceleration making it basically unusable. I feel like the microphone is bad OR Ford is using cheap microphones that have terrible noise canceling. Has anyone else experienced the same problem? I use a Motorola Roadster Bluetooth In-Car Speakerphone in my other vehicle and have never had a problem with.
