Hey Senoirity, Divide and conquer is the OLDEST trick in the book isn't it. The company knows this,just never thought it would be our union leadership to do this to us!!!! Stay strong and vote NO!

This really isn't about Mulley's pay,it's about the people WE pay to negotiate a fair contract turning their backs on us and giving a raise to themselves,just like they did in the 2009 contract, while we are out there faced with inflation everytime we go to purchase anything and our one time raise(if that is what YOU want to call it) is taxed to death.I don't think the membership is being unreasonable.

I understand what you are saying, everyone has felt the crunch however,I feel like our int. reps tried to give us a stuff shot in oct.'09 with giving up our right to strike and then the next day Ford posts a huge profit!!!! I truly believe that their intent (our int.reps and the company) to use our strike fund to support veba.VEBA WAS ONE BIG MISTAKE AND THEY KNOW THAT NOW!!!! So there is NO trust between the members at my local and the very people who negotiated this pos contract. The boys downtown thought we would have OBAMA care by now and the veba fund would be a good addition to their pockets.It is what it is.

If you think this is a good contract,that tells me that you are the BABY!!(low senority) Watch and learn young one.

Bob King want's to use strike fund to supplement veba,that's why they (international) wanted us to give up the right to strike,he wants to get his hands on that money as well.People this shit has got to stop now. Our self-serving international reps need to be put in check by the membership.Don't be afraid to rock the boat,YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HELPED BUILD THIS BOAT!!!!!!

I don't know anything about ball washing,but what I do know is if we keep going in the same direction(giving in to the greedy) all we will end up with is a job that's not worth having.So,instead of washing balls some people need to grow a pair!!!!!!

If retirees had the same attitude as YOU DO, we would already be living on $200 a week.(but that was a nice try)

It's easy to pass judgement on something you know nothing about,point is do you remember what happened when we voted down the opening of the contract in Oct.09 The very next day Ford post a huge profit.How stupid would we have looked if we would have voted to take more concessions.Just a little reminder of what kind of company and LEADERSHIP we are dealing with.Think about it!!!!!

I can appreciate your honesty,voting is not only an honor it is a responsability.How do the younger members think we got to the pay level we are currently at? The older members (the retirees that the company and union are trying to f***) stood strong and steady. The company and our weakass union leaders are counting on a weak membership.So I agree with you,DON'T BE BULLIED AND STAND STRONG AND FIGHT FOR WHAT IS RIGHT AND FAIR FOR OUR HARD WORKING MEMBERS WHO HAVE ALREADY SACRIFICED SO MUCH!!!!!

If the spineless members of our union ratify this shitty contract,they will also be the first sorry asses to cry about whats in it. Read the agreement before you vote!!!! It is embarressing to me that our bargaining skilled leadership presented this agreement to the membership. WAKE UP WHIMPIES ,OPEN YOUR EYES,SOLIDARITY FOREVER

Can't find anything in this agreement that we retain the right to strike, what's up with that?
