I owned a 2012 V6 and had no spare, just the inflation kit. I hated not having a spare so I went to discount tire and got a wheel and tire that fit the spare wheel well and axle. Its a brand new MB motorsports wheel and brand new Barum tire size 225/50ZR17. I traded my V6 in for a GT and the GT comes with a spare so I no longer need this. Buy yourself a Harbor Freight scissor jack and lug wrench and your all set. The wheel and tire fit nicely in the wheel well as you can see by the picture. It sits flush & the trunk cover lays flat over it so you lose no trunk space. Since its just a spare you can use it on a car with 17" (base model)or 18" (pony package, MCA package) rims.
