I wish Woodhaven Stamping would get a new PM to crack heads and get things running again. Current PM is slowly but surely running this place into the ground. More worried about earplugs than good parts going out the back door.

Thanks BBF2530 ! You saved me alot of trouble of unnecesarily replacing the switch. It was in fact the resistor. Was gravy to replace. And the wife was impressed too. Always good when that happens ;-) !

2004 F-150. Have lost all speeds but high (4) on rotary type A/C-Heater fan switch. I'm not the mechanical type but was wondering if its easy enough to pop off the cover and replace the switch. Thanks!
