  4. Pete, My truck is finally moving after sitting on ramp 59 at least 4 weeks. Ford won't say and dealers don't know... Reading on some of the other forums, there were ALOT of trucks sitting for weeks on end....no reason given The plant cranks out about 1300 F-150's a day... If all those needed PCM re-flashes for things like SYNC, Ecoboost issues etc. Its only my .02 cents though
  5. Thanks for the reply ! Probably going to be the only update. Should be here by next monday Take care I'll be sure to post picks... Thanks for your time

  8. I have not seen the actual T.S.B paper, however from reading the forums, its a PCM re-flash and if certain DTC's are present, then one bank of Cat. converters gets replaces as well. I believe my factory ordered truck is being held at Claycomo for this reason.
  9. That sucks man... Also found out from my dealer (this may just relate to Canadians) but all FoMoCo vehicles go to a central distribution hub in Chicago before heading out to various parts of country...even if the vehicle was built in Canada...Go figure
  10. Never mind Thanks again Pete Checked out those links, thanks for the info.... Whats the latest info on your truck ?
  11. Great, thanks for the info... I hate bugging the dealer every other day These sites you do track yourself or another member does it for you ?
  12. Nope don't have it yet.... Doesn't appear to be close either. The dealer checks everyday The latest update I got was on Feb. 21 and thats what I posted. I guess once a rail car is assigned then it can be tracked but not so much when its waiting for a railcar Any updates on yours ???
  13. You would think so...unless only retail orders are getting updates at the plant and stock orders are up to the dealer to do... This waiting sucks, reading everyones posts who have their new rides sucks too.... Ten weeks and counting
  14. Yes, with the timing of that TSB it certainly makes sense. Had my dealer check with the regional Ford rep who stated "still waiting on a rail car" Ford Customer Service gives the very generic answer of a delivery for a factory ordered vehicle can take up to twelve weeks....blah blah blah... The frusterating part is my dealer has a very similar FX4 to the one I ordered, that was built 6 days before mine...sitting on his lot.... Don't mind the waiting, but the communication from Ford sucks...just tell me the truth, Ford is holding the vehicle for a TSB....
  15. Factory ordered my 2012 F150 FX4 EB on Dec. 15, veh. was built on Jan. 19 Was released on Jan. 23, no rail car assigned Checked with Ford Canada, showed ETA delivery date of Feb. 12-19' Checked with dealer on Feb 17, status now shows re-released ??? but no rail car yet Don't know if it was sent back to factory would be nice to know whats going on with my truck
