I had the Headliner recall done on my car; They replaced the headliner 5 time ... and still didn't get it right ... The aftermarket headliners are terrible and they are very hard to install... My car was in the shop for 1.5 months for this issue.
I ended up filling a lemon law claim against Ford, which was settled outside of court
