    I picked up my HyTi tonight. It's a rainy, windy, cold evening in Houston, but the car impressed on the drive home. It was extremely quiet and smooth under these conditions. In a sense, I felt like I was in a daze all evening. So much information overload at the dealership, when all i wanted was the keys and to take off. The car really is a technological marvel. I look forward to learning the ins and outs. Thanks to all the forum participants, the past three months have been very informational. And the waiting together made it a fun experience. I certainly plan to continue participating in this exchange.

    Picking up my car later today. Asked my sales lady for a picture, but apparently how to do that escapes her too They are calling for hail later in the day.... Oh, and I just sold my 2007 Camry Hybrid. Handed it over minutes ago.

    According to Cyberdman, my ETA is now today. My dealership told me late yesterday that my car was on a broken down train in Nogales. I think the problem is they don't know how to properly pull a visibility report and somehow pulled the status from Mar 29. Hoping to get the car today.

    I tracked my train all the way to its final destination. It was released to customer on Monday at 11:00am. Called my dealer today and salesperson said she would look into getting it in. Just got a call that she was in training all day but that Ford shows it on a broken down train in AZ. WTF? She even gave me a status update last week when it was in San Antonio, TX. I have no idea what's going on, but pretty upset right now as I am selling my car this Friday, and leaving for two Weeks the following Friday. I'm going to ask cyberdman for an update tonight. Thank god for cyberdman. He seems to be the only person I cam reliably go to for information.

    Mine took 13 days to get to its final destination in Houston. About half the time was spent in exchanges or waiting. 2 days in Nogales, 2 days in El Paso, 36 hours in San Antonio, 1 day in Houston. When the spreadsheet starts filling out we'll get a better idea of how accurate the ETAs are. I think they are pretty close.

    My rail status as of 11:00am is that the car has been released by the customer. I guess that means I am now awaiting transport for the final 12 mile journey to the dealership. Hope it's intact and a good one!

    If it is an X-Plan order, then it should be under your name. Surely there is something you can do to salvage this situation. Do you have anything in writing? The window sticker probably has your name on it. Have you called Ford and talked to somebody. You should never have told the dealership you were going to give them a bad survey review before taking possession of your car.

    I think my car arrived at its final rail destination early this morning. CSX says final destination is Westfield, TX. Car arrived in Spring, TX, but I am pretty sure they are one and the same. Took 24 hours from arrival to Houston to go the 20 miles to Spring. Now the wait begins for the unloading and transport to the dealership. ETA is Friday. Hope it arrives early. I have a buyer for my old car, but he wants to get the deal done by Friday at the latest. Looks like everything is coming togeteher.

    I think mine is too. I call the 800 number (800-235-2352) for tracking and when I don't understand the city sometimes I speak to CS. They don't have much information, but they can give you the current city and final destination.

    If you call CSX, they will tell you the final destination. More than likely it somewhere other than the major terminal. Just means another 24 hours to reshuffle before heading for final destination. At least that was my experience in Houston

    Not to play devil's advocate, but did you not threaten to take your business elsewhere? Sounds like he took you up on that. We are only hearing one side of the story too, but you must have really pissed him off to have him refuse to sell you the car. It's always best to keep the conversations civil and the tone pleasant in situations like this.

    My car has spent more time waiting than on rail. Two days in nogales, two days in El Paso, and now into the second night in San Antonio. I hear once it gets to Houston it could still be a few days to a week. Very slow distribution, it appears.

    My car showed up on ETIS a day after it was built. That evening I put in my request to cyberdman and early the next morning I got the update with rail car information. It worked well for me.

    I would put in a request to cyberdman a day or two after the car is built. That way you stand a good chance of getting rail information. I think I did the day after getting confirmation.

    It just means Fusions are selling well. Incentives will probably get higher as 2014s get nearer. Still I think we are doing OK with the 500 + 750.

    It's updated during the day. Mine showed up at around 10:00am. It wasn't there when I checked (several times) before that.

    Where in East Texas is your car going? Any idea of route? Mine is in El Paso right now. I think my latest ETA is 4/12 too. PS I assume you meant 4/12 not 3/12
