Not even so much the options, but the extreme increases vs. debut pricing just a couple of years ago, as I've mentioned before.

The lease on my 2021 Badlands High Pkg. 4 doors is up next fall.

I looked into ordering the same one but as a 2 doors (some minor change since they merged the High/Lux package)... $74k CAD vs $62k CAD for my 2021...

That's a lot of money for a wireless cellphone charger, heated steering and a redesigned dash pad.

Well guys I hope you are right.  But as I see it, seems to me the Tahoe does okay in the police segment.  Town next to me has a new chief.  He is a bow tie guy.  All current vehicles are Explorers.  I can see a guy like that jumping at this.  Its not about the HP/Torque.  It is more about everyday capability and long term life. My two sons and I have/had 8 Ecoboost vehicles.  No issues.  But which is simpler? a push rod V-8? or an Ecoboost?

And my local department has a "pursuit rated" 150.  Just what we need.   In case Mass Troopers ask for help on interstate that goes through town?

Our department has a mixedc fleet of Ford PIU (past gen and current gen) as well as a PPV Tahoe.

Lets just say the "simpler push rod V8" is the least reliable vehicle of our fleet.

Did you have any issues with ADMs on it?

I may be the luckiest Bronco owner out there...

Never pre-ordered, wasn't planning to buy one for another year or so. I was playing online and found this one in a rural dealership two provinces over in the same exact specs, options and colour I always said I'd order.

Long story short, my local dealership worked out a deal with them and they honored MSRP. 4 days later I drove 2500 kilometers to pick it up.

Somewhere in Dearborn, there is a committee meeting right now about what to do with this Norway problem.

Ford has the top selling model in a small market... history tells us Ford is 18 months away from announcing a "restructuring" to focus on selling less cars, and 5 years away from exiting the market ?

Or they're cancelling any further development or update for said model.

Can save $10 a unit,  I’ve never understood why Ford doesn’t just offer a cold weather package like they did on the 2020 Explorer. Heated seats front and back, the wiper deicer, (fully heated windshield, like they offer in Europe would be even better) heated wheel, and heated washer nozzles. I wonder if Canadian versions also loose the heated wiper park as well, all the Asian competitors offer them as standard. (Honda, Toyota, Hyundai, Mazda, Subaru, Kia) Until existing Ford owners say I didn’t buy another Ford car because you eliminate the features I had from my previous one Ford will continue to decontent things. Ambient lighting in the f-150 was an example, people were pissed on the forums and added it back but it’s not like Ford added it back for 2021.

My 15 Lariat didn't have it but my 18 does.

It's barely powerful enough to make a difference in the cold, wet and icy Atlantic Canada winter we have here. My wipers keep icing up. But then again, we get more freezing rain than snow.

The European fully heated windshield would've been a better option for the Canadian market.

  6. Our agency received one.

Drove it for about a week. It had approximately 8,000 km (5,000 miles).

Performance is similar to my usual 3.7 Interceptor sedan. The big difference is fuel economy. I averaged 10.4L/100 km during that week vs my Interceptor that usually hovers around 13.9L/100 km. Our older Interceptor utility usually hovers above 16L/100 km.

My buddy has three of 'em...I have one. We were out one night and stopped at a coffee shop. The place was having an open mic night and a photographer snapped a picture that they now use for their FB page. Mine is the red one on the right...

Sharp! I have a 92 that I owned since high school.

The way I understood the soft top/hard top combo is that you would fold down the soft top before installing your hard top on.

I considered doing a leveling kit on my '18 F-150 but thought better of it. At the time I was also considering switching the wheels and tires to a set of Raptor take-offs. The 34.4" diameter BFG's from the Raptor will not fit the front of a standard F-150 without lifting the front suspension a minimum of 2". Although it would have looked cool it would not be practical for the type of use my truck sees. Highway ride, handling, performance and fuel economy would have all suffered not to mention what I would consider an unsafe condition when towing. Here is my leveling kit:

My SE was leveled by the dealership when I purchased it. 2.5" in the front, 1" in the back with 285/65-20s.

Having driven similar truck without the leveling kit in various conditions (towing, inclement weather, etc) the only difference I noticed was the stiffness of the 10 ply tires vs stock.

EDIT: My local dealership also mentioned they were installing those Rough Contry kit as they had been 'approved' by Ford Canada regarding the warranty.
