  1. Yes I have been trying to get a conformation of that through the dealer. When I last talked with the dealer the GM just basically blew me off. I asked for him to email me a copy and he said he couldn't do that and it was a waste of time (paraphrasing) as he had to look up and log in every time I wanted an update. Really! I have every right to know whats going on with my car, on top of that there has been no communication from the dealer. The only communication that I have had with the dealership has been initiated by myself. When I do call, calls go unanswered, emails are not responded too. In order to even talk with the guy who had my order I had to call 3 times on Friday not to include emails to the internet department of the dealership that have still gone unanswered. I am not being difficult, its hard to be difficult if you cant even talk to the dealership!
  2. I was able to contact another dealership today and am trying to get ahold of the ford factory rep for my dealership. The last update that I have from the fleet people was that the car was on the line. That was back on the 19th. Its been like tooth and nail trying to get info on my car. I am extremely pissed at my dealership. You bet your bottom dollar that my dealership will not be getting very good ratings from me. I will be naming names and have documented everything.
  3. So I got ahold of my dealership this afternoon after leaving three voicemails, and emailing the internet gal with no response. The Sales Manager is the General Manager for my dealership and the guy refuses to allow me to have a copy of the visibility report. He was openly complaining that he has to log in every time to see what my status is as well as he "doesn't have the time to deal with me". From his quote. There is no support coming from this dealership what so ever. I sent Trina a pm via facebook, but I think this is her day off. Is there someone I can talk to like a factory rep? Also who do I talk to at Corp. Ford about the lack of support coming from the dealership. I am really irritated with this GM and would really like to go over his head and deal with someone else.
  4. The GM is the one who is handeling the order and doing a very poor job. Who can I talk to if the GM is failing at his job?
  5. I agree with this.. Its realllllllllllllllyyyyyy frustrating when CyberDman is the only person whom can give you an accurate accounting of where in the process your car is at. I have called and left voice mails with the dealership, no responce. I have left calls with the GM at the dealership. No responce. Who do I go to to find someone who talk to me and be able to pull up viability reports when the dealership fails?

  7. Its not that... its that some people have gotten their updates before their build date.. I am asking for the same. The issue is my status has changed sense the last update. I am not in an unscheduled. According to the people over at fleet my date changed earler. So that's why I am asking because information has changed.
  8. You obvously didnt get the meaning behind it. Its not a bit of overkill to have an acutal traking system. Who am I "the coustomer" to ask for one... Sheesh... Also, when one cant make a point they often refer to the posters spelling in an effort to discredit the poster. Who cares if my post has typo's, that has no bearing to this forum or the conversation.
  9. Part of the problem is not related to CyberDman. Its the fact that the dealership has provided ZERO information when it comes to this build. Its extremly frustrating. Only one person knows what the veichle viablity report is and it seems like only one person can run it, leaving me to try and rely on others to get the information. I have called and left messages with the dealership only to not have them returned. The dealership doesnt even have an email adress that I can email them at. Who in their right mind in this day in age doesnt have an Email adress??? I am grateful for what Cyberdman does. Trust me. I am just frusterated at the whole experence between the dealership and now when I go to ask for an update the attitude. At this point it has left a bad taste in my mouth. I am excited to get this car, but not so excited for having to deal with the dealership.
  10. There needs to be better communication overall from ford.. They need to stop saying that the car is inproduction when the order has been recived. They should be able to do a play by play status of your car wich obvously they cant. Overall ford needs to support thier coustomers better when it comes to this and the avaliablity of information.
  11. This is the prime reason why he needs to give some flexablity. Your car could have changed status but because he's going off of outdated information, well.... I could understand if I was bombarding him every day sending private messages galore, but I am not. All I have asked for is just a weekly update. No more no less.
  12. Yes my dealer is an Idiot... They dont know what a veichle visablity report is. Only one guy seems to know how to do it and its really irritating because the dealer wont get back to me.
  13. Yes but others have gotten their update requests the Friday before. Also, anyone new coming to the forum isnt going to know this. On top of that when I did my first request my car was allready out of unscheuled clean status so the timing was off. It needs to be more simplified. It needs to be the same across the board. Just becauase you update for one person who broke the rules doesnt mean you should be a prick to the next guy. It rubs off on me the wrong way as I have been totally understanding and nice to the guy. He needs to realize that we pay his paycheck in the end and not to be a prick about it as its a good thing that he has as many requests he has. I am just asking for a bit of flexability and a little less of the attitude. Really what ford needs is a coustomer based system they can just enter ther vin and query a database for the info.
  14. Im pissed and appualed at Cyberdman. He refuses to update my car. My car is obvously not in an unscheuled clean status, and according to his rules you can ask once a week. Wich I have been following. But he claims it the rules that I have to wait until my build date when clearly others have gotten thier updates the Friday before. If your in an unscheduled clean status then you have to wait every too weeks. Just be aware if you post over in his tracking area that he may be a prick about it. It's not like I have broken any of the rules.

  17. Why dont they just truck the cars that are going to AZ, NM, TX, OK, ect. and use the avaiable rail cars they do have for the cars in the northern states. I also wonder how long it takes to recycle the railcars as they come north back south.

  19. Yes and fords have had cars sit at the lot for over 3 months without being shipped....... It's all done on fords timeline. Who's to say that parts havent sitted there waiting for commodities. Who knows the frame could have been built and is waiting on other parts. It's hard to say. With Ford getting accurate information has been a challenge. I asked the lady about not having a sticker yet. She said not to worry as she has seen whole cars get built before the sticker was avaliable. Some times it appears right away some times it doesnt. Its up to the computer.
  20. Yes.. According to the girl that I talked to through ford fleet, that's the day that the frame is built and cured. Once that happens it goes down the line. That happens within 24 - 36 hours of the time frame.
  21. Looking at the stickers... It looks like the people who got their stickers today, were built yeasterday or started assembly yeasterday. Begining to wonder if we were moved up.
  22. It was.. According to the veichle visablity the frame is on the assembely line. Thus in "production" and not the in production that the coustomer service says it is... The Visablity report does not have an ETA, but it shows that the frame is on the line as of today.
  23. Let me make you more jelous! LOL Just got a call from my dealer. My car is actually in production. The veichle visablity report has it on the line right now. So there must be a point where it goes through apart of the process and the window sticker is generated. Maybe at the end? Too bad there wasnt a tracker or a webcam that you could tune into to see your car as it goes down the line from start to finish. That would be cool! Dealer says Sticker should be up within the next few days at the latest.
  24. I went with FBI black. With all of my Amateur Radio antennas that I am putting on it, people will slow down as they pass me! LOL
