Ha! That's the answer! Mine now works every time, hold it for 1-2 seconds for it to read. I'll have to tell my dealer that tomorrow so he can look smart to the other customers. He couldn't get mine to work good either and replaced the whole keypad.

Thanks for the hook it to the battery advise, I did do that today, but you confirmed it! It's charging now and the red charge light is on, when the battery is up to snuff the light goes green. I'll see how long it takes to go green. These battery tenders are great! I have one on a car I only put 800 miles a year on and the battery in that vehicle is 12 years old!

I've had this window problem since I took delivery in December and I've had the dealer check it three times already. I too do the reset which works for a day or two. I also believe it is the battery issue when voltage drops. I only do short trips with the car and I'm told that is not enough time to charge up the battery enough and it falls below the acceptable level causing the windows to loose their memory. The dealer DID do an extensive check on my battery two times and said it is in good condition. They do a 45 min. battery check and each check says it passes. But there is still a problem. I'm thinking of using a battery tender to do my own test and if my window problem stays away then I can confirm the low voltage theory.

Ford Fusion 2013 HEADLAMP EXIT DELAY PAGE 68 of the manual states: After you switch the ignition off, you can switch the headlamps on by pulling the direction indicator lever toward you. You will hear a short tone. The headlamps will switch off automatically after three minutes with any door open or 30 seconds after the last door has been closed. You can cancel this feature by pulling the direction indicator toward you again or switching the ignition on. I can't make this feature work, does anyone know how or if it only comes in a special package? Usually the manual says "if equipped" , in this case it doesn't state that. My dealer doesn't know either.

My keypad has worked like crap since I got my car in December. My dealer agreed with me and replaced the keypad four weeks ago. It is better, but still works only about 50% of the time. I'm going to try Bersoom's suggestion of holding it longer. My service manager had the same success rate as I did making it work. Last week I had the BCM module replaced because Ford Tech thought that would fix my Headlamp Exit Delay feature as described on page 68 of the manual. The dealer first told me that Ford Tech thought the module would fix the Headlamp Exit Delay, but after replacing it the dealer told me my car doesn't have the Headlamp Exit Delay feature. They also told me that the module DID fix my automatic high beam feature that dims my highbeams when a car is approaching. I questioned this because I thought I read there is a sensor behind the inside mirror that senses an approaching car and I couldn't see this sensor. Turns out I DON'T have auto dimming highbeams on my car, they come with another package. The dealer also thought the module replacement might also fix my keypad problem, but it hasn't.
