Any word on new hires? Is all the hiring done? Really in a crappy spot here. I am a referral and was told that I passed the test and would be called but I haven't heard a peep.

Anyone hear anything about referrals getting called? I'm a referral who took the test and passed in the Fall of last year and I haven't heard anything yet except that I passed the test and was supposedly "higher up on the list". Not trying to be a broken record here or anything, I genuinely appreciate all the information/feedback that I've received.

According to a poster earlier in this thread, 30% of people fail the test.

I'm curious on this too. Has anyone that isn't a transfer, and rather someone that has passed the test been called?

Hey, thanks for the reply deflep1. If you don't mind I have a question. Who was it that called your brother in law to tell him he passed the test? I ask because I never received anything in the mail or an official call from Ford saying I passed. My referral called me to tell me I passed.

Hi all, I took the test at the M-tec center on Schaffer Rd. in the fall of 2012 and passed. I was assured by my referral that I would be called to Flat Rock. I still have not been called and have not heard anything and have been a wreck the last couple week worrying about this. Anyone else that took the test with me still waiting?
