Your update was more accurate and up-to-date than my dealer's, which was great because it allowed me to get my Fusion STRAIGHT to the detailer for paint protection! It'll stay in super mint condition thanks to you!     I was concerned by the Consumer Reports story, and some of the online complaining. I am still waiting for my HyTi... But when I drove an SE for a test drive, I was able to get it to 48 MPG split between even amounts of city and highway driving. And I've never driven a hybrid before. Hope to pull the same when I get my car.

    By some chance, do you still have a copy of that brochure that says the Titanium will have the dual-exhaust. I'm just finding out now that my HiTy won't have the dual-exhausts and I'm pretty pissed. It is ridiculous that Ford would advertise something and then change it up. As for the folks who have said you have the right to refuse the vehicle... Correct. And the typical sales contract says the dealer as the right to refuse to return your deposit. And for those who say it's a hybrid, so it's about mileage, not about appearance and we're all missing the point... We're not. You are. The headline surrounding the Fusion Hybrid is that it's the first hybrid that gets amazing mileage and looks like an awesome car. And no... The Camry Hybrid doesn't look like an awesome car. It looks like a Camry, which is a boring box on wheels. So... Sorry to vent. Just annoyed. But if someone has and can scan those original sales brochures, I'd appreciate it fi you could scan and send, or point me to a PDF online. Thanks!

    I ordered my shark fin a few weeks ago. As someone else mentioned... Email their customer service. Let them know what color you want... They need the manufacturer paint code, which can be found here: http://paintref.com/cgi-bin/colorcodedisplay.cgi?manuf=Ford&model=Fusion&year=2013 With me, they responded with an affirmative that they could do my color (Deep Impact Blue) and then sent me a PayPal invoice. Looking for mine to be in here in the next week or so.
