Will the dealer put it on the computer diagnostic tool to determine....You know if I take it on test it will work fine!

I have developed and issue with my 2010 Ford Explorer ..When I am approaching a somewhat steep grade the Air stops blowing out of the dash vents...Once I flatten out it comes back on......This is when the air is heat or cool or just plain air..It seems like a vacuum issue..is that feasible....I don't want to go to the local dealer until I have some data to share with them..Looking for some help! Thanks
