  1. I have several original vellum drawings from 1969 Ford Motor Company Advanced Production Development that appear to have been drawn while Larry Shinoda was at Ford in 1969. The outside of the folder Is marked "Fairlane Talledega Info". The drawings are 2D and isometrics studies, masters, proposals and casting patterns for roof louvers, stanchions and spoiler mountings. In the "Louver Hold-down Proposal" (attached), the draftsman notes on the drawing: "No. per vehicle: one (as per Shinoda)". I am trying to learn the history of these drawings. Can you shed any light on which Ford vehicle these drawings were drawn for and whether the parts were accepted and manufactured? I emailed Richard (Dick) Fleener's at the Talladega Spoiler Registry and he posted the drawings in his forum asking his readers, "What is it?" So far, only one reader has responded. http://www.talladega.../24/what-is-it/ Karen
