Rear view mirror monitor for back up camera

BUMP. BUMP Anyone have any knowledge of this? Would the wiring be in place? Thanks -
Got 2016 f250 XL 6 July. Dealer said the tailgate was wrong? As it has the camera in the blue oval and was not suppose to be on the XL model. Anyway the camera is hooked up and fused at the fuse box. My question is, would the plug and wiring be in place under the front of the headliner so I could get a rear view mirror monitor, and hook it up?? The 2016 is same as 2015, I see no change at all. Thanks for response.
