I have a 2013 Lincoln MKT. A few weeks ago, I went to open the Vista Roof Shade, and I heard a loud snap (like a huge rubber band breaking). Apparently something snapped on the right side inside. The shade will NOT close nor open. I called my local Lincoln dealership, they referred me to a few local vehicle upholstery shops. Problem is NP ONE know how to fix. They can't even give me a price because they don't know what work is involved. Can anyone recommend a place to take for repair? I live in Baltimore, Maryland.
