2011 Flex has problem with left headlight. Observed in cold weather, freezing and below, or driving in heavy rain the left headlight will not operate. Occasionally switching off or from auto to manual will get it back own. Dealer only works in shop, doesn't see error codes on computer, can't repair. Ford Customer Care doesn't care about cars this old. How to get my wife's car fixed?
