I have a 2007 Expedition Limited EL and my ac/heater blower motor was started to act up a couple months ago. It was coming on and off on its own while the rear was fine. I disconnected the blower motor and test for power and it was good. Took motor out and headed to parts store. New motor $75. While in the store I noticed significant dust and debris coming out of the assembly so went back home, sprayed it out with my air hose. Reconnected it and all is well.
