We just had our 2010 Fusion serviced for a recall regarding the fuel tank and canister purge valve. After we picked up the car we got the "check fuel fill inlet" warning. The dealer said we had to have the fuel filler neck change although we had never had any issues before the recall "repair". It does seem to be a problem with the Fusions. I would check on youtube there are some really good videos on fixes but be careful which dealer you take it to. We have experienced many problems with Sunrise Ford in North Hollywood, California. Will NEVER take our care there again.
