Fuel filter was replaced on our 2007 Ford Expedition XLT 5.4l engine 180,000 miles. Now we get steady service engine light, mash the accelerator and the engine RPM will barley get to 3000 rpm, car runs ok once speed is obtained but when you mash accelerator the engine is very rough. per Advance auto engine code is cylinder one issue. any idea please
