Sorry Auto. I was told it was "normal" but I have driven fords all my life and never had an issue like this, especially so early in a vehicles life. My last new car was the 2014 fusion and drove it hard and never one issue till I traded it on this one.

Hello, anyone else experience a clanging metallic noise while shifting from drive to park or drive to reverse, also happens park to reverse. This car does not do it all the time it seems very random on when it wants to do it but when it does it freaks me out. It only has 3500 miles and just started at 3000. Any suggestions? I suspect the 2 piece drive shaft.... Barry
