    Hello all. Just purchased our first diesel,2017 F250 King Ranch 4x4, short box. What a truck ! Looking for tips from experienced folks regarding fuel quality (cetane?, name brands, etc), synthetic vs syn blend oil, change oil yourself? Etc. Thanks in advance guys.
