Thanks to all who responded. I am doing the deal and hope for the best. I plan a lot initial mileage during the 36 months bump to bumper. If I new this dealer to be a solid citizen I would have him drain & replace all fluids now. However the quality of techs & service mgr are unknown, and I have owned vehicles that the beginning of problems started with the violation of the old adage IF NOT BROKEN DON't FIX.! Maybe I should be adding if unknown don't buy but $$ and risk come into my thinking positive of deal. Thanks again.

Hello BlueOval Forum: I purchased a new (37 miles) sold as new with complete new veh.warranty from Ford dealer who believe it or not has about 6 of these vehicles. I paid above book value but it is brand new, comp 2017 TC wagon xlt would be about 31K. in my area OK so my mechanical question is : A new vehicle that has sat for 3 years can I expect fluid seal & other mech issues do to non use ? I am a believer that issues occur with fluid mech assemblies (transaxles) thru non use. Any help or opinions would be appreciated. Thank you
