Can anyone tell me the phone numbers of those in high level positions at Ford that can make decisions regarding my Ford ESP plan. I called the toll free number that I had and the person who answered the phone said she could not help and that there were no managers or supervisors that I could speak with. I may be wrong but it sounded like this call center was in India. Several years ago I was able to get a listing of contacts at FMC but I can't seem to locate it on this site. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you all.
