Hi Steve. You are in Calgary, right? How long did it take?
Correct, I placed my order Sep 3 and my car was built and ready to ship Oct 28. Then it sat waited until Dec 23 before it was eventually allocated to a railcar and then finally arrived in Calgary this week.

Once it leaves the states I won't be able to track it anymore.
It's finally arrived at the dealership, picking it up tomorrow ?

No problem, thanks for all your help. I’m guessing it should only take a day to get from Spokane
-
Thanks, does the system give any information on when it will head to Calgary?
-
So my dealer still says my car has not left FRAP.

Hi. I live in Canada. I ordered 2021 Ford Explorer last December 11, 2020. I have priority code 10. I have my VIN now. I don’t know how to track vehicle ordered outside the US. I think most of you here are all in the US. I just want to know when will be the build date, ETA etc. My dealership kinda useless. Lol! Thanks in advance.
I’m in Calgary, I use this https://www.alumizilla.com/vot.php

I totally agree usedboxman

I actually think they are just useless! They act as if they did me a favour by ordering the car I want.
-
Thanks
ill hit the dealer with that

So my dealer is now telling me that my car is still at FRAP. Are you able to look at this please fuzzymoomoo or ice-capades?
Thanks

Just received a railcar # from my dealer, although there is still no shipment date.
Shipped Rail - Railcar # ETTX711750 (Canadian National Railways )

Thanks, guess i'll just have to try and be patient!

Ok, thanks for your help everyone

Just had an update from my dealer, who now says the delay is because of a lack of railcars.
Could this be true or just the dealer trying to fob me off?

My vehicle was built October 28.
-
So has this recall been extended to include vehicles built in October? I thought that this was only affected vehicles that were built at Flat Rock Assembly Plant from March 4, 2019, to Aug. 13, 2020.
-
I have seen a couple of recall notices on the web;
9/23/2020 #20V575000 For rearview camera
9/23/2020 #20V573000 For Brake pedal fracture
Could it be for one of these?

No, I ordered Velocity blue with no stripes.
-
OK, thanks for trying.

Thanks fuzzymoomoo, any info is musch appreciated.

Thanks ice-capades, I have been in touch with the dealer and they are pretty useless! Status has changed again today back to awaiting shipment and the date has moved out again.

Does anyone know of any issues currently at FRAP? I ordered a new Mustang Convertible in September, received my VIN and have been tracking through Alumzilla. Info i had showed the car was built Oct 28 and originally had an eta to arrive in Calgary December 1. Since then the date has now changed to December 26. After chasing my dealer they finally told me that "there are current delays at that plant". Today the status has now gone back to "In Production" with no change in the dates.
Does anyone have any idea what is going on?

New to the group and fairly new to Canada. Currently driving an F150 and thought it was time to have something a bit more fun! Patiently awaiting the arrival of my Mustang Ecoboost Premium Convertible (just in time for all the snow ?)
