Spoke w Ford marketing. Nothing they can do. They sent me back to dealer to see what they can do or discount unit. I said, yeah good luck on that with limited supply. Very frustrating w delays and dealer not dealing do to issue of low inventory. Seriously scratching my head if I’m walking. Got to check w cjc as I ordered a king pintop system for this truck. It’s more about principal, I get shit happens, don’t mind waiting a little longer, but as a company look out for your customer willing to pay 80k and wait months, rebate expires because of wait, and just say sorry, our system is t set up to extend your rebate because our delay building. Sorry for the rant.

They gave me a number of 800 3923673, said it was Ford marketing and told me to call them since delay is on fords end. Kinda bs, been dealing with sales. What title personal at dealership should I talk to, kinda keep get a run around between a few sales reps

Thoughts vs the 2 options, ultimate vs value package, is it worth about $2500 more. Just asking cause me ECO may expire before my truck w ultimate package is built and I’ve found a few on lots that are same as my build minus this one option. Seems like power passenger seat, push button start are the main two differences, both have heated and cooled seats

Anything more updated. Really can’t believe Ford isn’t stepping up extending offers for so many that are waiting. I’ve been a duranax guy but not happy w new look.and like the look of f250 with a carli suspension that I already have a date for install. Just not a good start for future Ford customer

So I placed my order at the end of dec, though I thought it was a week earlier until dealer called me a week later about the power steps that can’t be offered in my build (first red flag). anyways, I still havnt received a vin. Called dealer and they keep on telling me, (hopefully next week) for the last 3 weeks. I have Ford cash that will expire March 31st and don’t think I will have my truck by then if I don’t get a build date ASAP. How long does it normally take to get a vin, is dealer being transparent. Does allocation and other orders in the pipeline have something to do with my order being accepted. Could the dealer have anticipated this upfront? I went with them as they gave me invoice as pricing. Anything I can ask to have a better idea of the truth, and that’s if that’s the case. I ordered a f250 lariat black package ultimate and a few other little things thx

Hopefully someone can help me out here, was notified my order hung up when adding power running boards to my lariat f250 order. I ordered with ultimate package and black appearance package. They said I could not order power running boards with black appearance package tho I ordered ultimate package which is necessary for power running boards. They are only $1000 if ordered but $2000 if ordered after build. Makes no since. Can someone advise if this is true
