Scheduled to day (4 October.) I Checked the Mach E tracker tonight showed “in production,” then shortly afterwards it went back to “in order processing” seems weird. Anyone else see this happen?

Yes.  Happened on and off last week for me w build day 9/27.  Window sticker will appear and disappear as well

  2. “Notice” is relative.

you’re going from ~65 lb unstrung weight each corner to ~100 lbs depending on wheel/tire setup.  That’s going to be the biggest difference in butt dyno feel, not the gears.

I went from stock 33s to 37s on my Jeep (4.10s), and granted it’s got a lot less hp to throw at the problem, but I could absolutely tell a difference.

Forget the "Convoy" reference on the Window Sticker. Except for dealerships that are within a few hours of a plant, the vast majority (90% plus) of vehicles are shipped by rail to a final ramp where they are transferred to a car carrier firm for final delivery.

Thank you, was expecting rail given the distance.

I got an email from Ford stating I was scheduled for 10/18 then two days later I got another email saying I was 9/27.  I have heard from others that the window sticker is usually available about a week before the scheduled build date.  Is that correct?

I got mine for build day 9/27 just this morning.  Changed to in production starting last night.

  4. Unfortunately it’s not quite as simple as prioritizing high margin trucks.  I’ve only heard of a few platinums being scheduled.  Crickets on my order (plat with every option except adaptive steering) which was placed 3/22.  I suspect there is some balance between not building stripped down xlt and xl models vs the more gizmos the more commodity restrictions that come in to play, making something like a lariat the sweet spot.

who knows, but the grass probably looks greener for everyone :)

I did read somewhere that the higher priced/profit rigs might be getting priority. Don't know if there's any truth to it. (3Q profits)

F350 platinum cclb 6.7, every option but adaptive steering, still not scheduled despite end of March order and priority 10 at a high volume dealer.  Any thoughts that color may impact scheduling?  I went atlas blue which is a new color?  Any atlas blue trucks scheduled yet?

  6. Ordered a ‘22 f350 cclb 6.7 platinum with every option except variable steering and snowplow prep at end of March, retail/sold, priority 10, still showing processing as well.   Assume this is related to commodity holds, more options means more chance for some random part to be missing.
