Does anyone know what the date is at the bottom of the window sticker. I noticed three different dates waiting on my truck to be built. I have two of mine listed with different dates circled.

Just received another PCO in the mail today. Cant use both of them, Ford is wasting them and being too generous.

Well, just as I expected to happen. Extended my delivery date from 30 November to 14 December.

Your salesman should have looked you up in the system, not sure exactly what the dealers look at. My dealer put my info in earlier this year and seen 4 or 6 PCO’s for transit and commercial vehicles. I also received a 2500 PCO for super duty (same one you got) about a month ago and my salesman can also see it under my name online. Maybe Ice-Capades can help further on this topic.

Well taken and understand all the bureaucracy is so convoluted at every level and most of the issues are top driven in all of corporate America. Even so, you hit the topic at hand that you have been hitting home on here for a long time, dealers and sales overall need to be more transparent and responsive to their customers. Thankfully I have like so many others on here a great dealership and sales staff that communicate. Sadly the small 3-5% of dealerships (more than likely more) are just not in the business of caring for customers, only worried about Quotas and the commission/profit.

I really hope if anything good that comes out of this after all the shortages calm down with the supply chain. That Ford corporate starts getting after their dealerships in getting them to provide better customer support. I have seen so many posts and reposts and reply’s from Ice-capades in my short time as a member here calling out the discrepancies of dealerships and the discredit and injustice they are doing to customers. Training their employees on the web-based systems for ordering and tracking is not hard as most companies these days use some sort of Enterprise Business Suite (EBS) to function. It’s the technology age we are in and information is what they want. Hence the reason most customers (myself included) go to forums to get their information. For me this is an added resource, for my salesman as well in that we keep information flowing both ways.

Yes, I’ve seen folks on here getting emails stating January build weeks already.

I did not mean for that to dampen your spirits, but give some reality in the current process. I would like to be optimistic that production is getting better. But I am not in the plant to know for sure. Below is my timeline as it sits today. I also have a screenshot of the vehicle visibility report my salesman sent this morning. F450 Platinum with 98.6% of all options, Antimatter Blue Metallic. (Retractable tonneau cover, 5th wheel/gooseneck, spray-in bedliner)  Ordered Confirmed: 20 April 2021. 1st Email: 16 June 2021 when dealer added my email address to the order it generated a response email immediately. Order Adjustment: 16 August 2021, removed Adaptive Steering. Scheduled Week Email: 16 September 2021, received email from Ford, build week is 25 October 2021. Scheduled Week Adjustment: 30 September 2021, received email from Ford moving build week to 1 November 2021. notified by dealer 21 October 2021 that the truck has a build day now. dealer notification that truck is sent to plant 29 October 2021. (Window Sticker also dated the same) In Production: 4 November 2021. (Plant was shut-down this week so my build did not happen)(Window sticker now has a date of 12 November 2021) Built: 17 November 2021, released to body shop for tough bed liner and tonneau cover. **update from dealer that the truck was sent to the rail ramp Zq, Gfx @ 8:04PM on 17 November 2021 Shipped: N/A Delivery Date: N/A ETA End Date: 30 November 2021. Since order 20 Apr 2021: 210 days as 18 Nov 2021. Since job #1 start on 10 July 2021: 139 days as of 18 Nov 2021.

My F450 Platinum w/o AS was ordered in April and is now at the rail ramp for loading. Providing this for you as a method to measure your build speed.

Received a status location update from my salesman this morning. Truck was dropped off at the rail ramp last night at 8:04pm. Scheduled to be delivered 30 November.

Well got an end of day update in Mach-E. Checked with dealer and they now see in the Vehicle Visibility that the truck was released to the body shop. This update makes it more in line with reality than the previous screen from this morning that showed 6 days until delivery.

My truck has been in production since 26 October with a build day of 4 November, but KTP was shut down that week. I had a new date show up on my window sticker the following week 12 November, but that was Veterans Day and KTP was shut down for observance. I can only hope that my truck has been built shortly after the holiday and just in another area of the plant getting the bedliner and tonneau cover installed.

We already have a 2013 3500 & 2016 2500. Both are Cummins SRW. Need the F450 for the heavy towing capacity it offers.

Yes, I have the spray in bed liner and the tonneau cover. So does this happen after it is built and then only updated in all the systems once these items are completed? With that my original build day was 4 November and yes I know the plant was down that week. If it was rescheduled for this week on the same day, we’ll that was Veterans Day and the plant was down again. Anyones guess on the exact status of this unicorn of a truck.

I have a question that I would like a reasonable answer to from someone on here that works at the plant. Why is it that normally from what I have heard a vehicle rolls off KTP’s ads LT line about every 57 seconds. And my truck that was sent to the plant on 29 October still has yet to start down the line. This is getting ridiculously stupid how trucks were ordered just last month have already been delivered, and yet I ordered in April and only have a damn window sticker to wipe my A$$ with. I am sick of the delays. If there are commodity issues still with my build, why was it sent to the plant. If not then build the damn thing then Ford. I am not blowing up on anyone e here, just really pissed off at this process.

That’s ok, I don’t need this service anymore now.

Any updates on my order, not sure if the plant is down today due to Veterans Day. I know scheduling is closed and the ford tracking site is not working. Thanks again.

Would make sense with the holidays quickly approaching. Is this fact or speculation from the rumor mill?

So does this mean super duty’s that were scheduled last week might not get built this week? My F450 was scheduled for 4 November.

My F450 Platinum was scheduled to be built last Thursday 4 November, but with the plant shut down i can only hope this happens this week if they are operating.

What the heck did you order for $116K? My platinum F450 with most all options only has an MSRP of $92K. (That is not the price I am paying though) You’d better do some negotiating.
