  1. Well the dealer posted a claim on the weather-strip, it appears marred up a little from when they replaced the door glass. That might be why it's not closed out yet? Will CSX pull them off a train and repair them before releasing them? Based on other transport \ deliveries, the time from released to the dealer is consistent.
  2. Would a QLS confirm this? Is there any way I can ask Ford for confirmation? I know for a fact it did not happen at the dealer. I followed the transport there and watched it get unloaded.
  3. Does anyone have access to QLS Reports? My Bronco had an event at MAP leaving door glass remnants and a mismatched door color on the passengers side (poss driver too.) I would feel better having an understanding of what happened. I know it's not a dealer issue, I tracked the train to transport and was at the dealer when it arrived on the transport truck. I would be happy to be told anomalously via email brianstrange1@gmail.com and thank you in advance to anyone that can provide input.
  4. Well, she finally arrived and I was able to watch her roll off the transport truck. It looks like my Bronco was faced with an unfortunate event at MAP. There was door glass inside from the passenger window breaking, no window sticker, and the paint on the passengers door is not matching. The odometer read 6 miles so I'm assuming it wasn't on "Ice Mountain" I'm hoping I can fond someone at MAP that can run a QLS. Thank you for your help tracking the Bronco. Other than the paint mis-match, she's nice.
