I picked up my truck last night, f250 xlt.  I thought for sure XLT had the lane keeping alert, but I cannot find it anywhere.  Also, my automatic high beams seem to have hyperactivity disorder, they will change to low even if the oncoming traffic is a mile away, then they'll continue to flash back and forth until the opposing traffic is very close. I had to pull over to figure out how to turn the automatic lights off because the truck would flash them repeatedly.  Just sharing my experience so far, and really hoping I have the lane keeping feature

I think its only on the Lariat. You are not missing much.  It just vibrates the steering wheel to let you know you are about to go over the line.  It does not assist in keeping the truck between the lines like other systems.  Trucks with adaptive steering might do this, but the Lariat version is just a reminder type system.

Connecting mine early really didn't have any significance.  It just put a picture of the truck into the app, and I think you can access the manuals for the truck in the app, but you cannot "claim" the ownership of the truck yet

Yep it really does not do much until you have the truck and are able to activate the connection to the Ford Pass app.

I'm still waiting on my '22 F450 Platinum. But quite honesly, I prefer the interior of my old 2006 Ram (except for the wear). In my opinion, Ford and Chevy interiors have always sucked compared to Ram. So many of my friends tell me I'll regret the "upgrade."

In my opinion Ram interiors are nice, but they really are lacking interior space and overall seating comfort.  Ford to me has the most interior space with the 2nd best interior from a materials/fit finish perspective.  Current GM interiors are cheap plastic and just seems like it will not last.  However, with their upcoming update they might jump up a bit, but I doubt the quality will improve...just my opinion of course.  Never owned a Ram so I can't comment on the quality.

We all use the same systems so there is nothing new I can tell you.

Those "delivery dates" are ETAs as in estimates.  Our system still has the vehicle in Bluisland, Il.  It is possible Burlington missed reporting somewhere or are having some difficulty.

What I usually witness though is customers such as yourself, who are frantically tracking every second of your vehicle's life until it arrives, make the process 10 times worse for themselves.  Just relax and let things happen more organically.

Cyberdman you are right we are excited and really can't wait to get our trucks.  I think the main issue is how uneven the dealers are when it comes to info. Some folks have excellent sales people and/or dealers that let them know what to expect while others just take the deposit and the order and never communicate.  If there was consistency across the board I don't think you would be as busy as you are.  Just my 2 cents.  ;)

Too many factors involved including shipping logistics, methods, etc. The vast majority of vehicles get shipped by rail, regardless of "Convoy" notices on Window Stickers. Not all vehicles get shipped immediately due to all the factors involved yet many here at BOF are overly anxious and obsessed with knowing their vehicle status minute by minute. For the actual, latest status... talk to your Dealer regarding the latest Vehicle Visibility status. Otherwise, wait and give the system time to work.

Amazon has spoiled us Ice!! :)

Mine has been stuck in Gatyard, IL for the last 7 days.  Does anyone know where Gatyard IL is?  I can't seem to find this yard on the Union Pacific yard map??

So if anyone is interested Pacific Union Gatyard, IL is short for Gateway Yard.  Looks to be a transfer facility for most west bound auto transport cars via Union Pacific.

I am in the same boat, truck sent to plant 9/28, built 10/8, release date 10/8 with a delivery Convoy ETA of 10/15-10/21, however still no shipment date. It does have spray in bed liner but so does others from the same week that are showing shipped. Hate to even ask @ice-capades but any thoughts?

My 2022 F350 Tremor with Adaptive Steering was scheduled for production today.  Build date is November 22nd.  I placed the order on March 18th.  At last....

That is a great sign.  For weeks there was no scheduling for Trucks with AS.  I hope this is the light at the end of the tunnel!!

If Dealers are having trouble getting orders loaded correctly? BS. There is no problem submitting 2022 Super Duty orders via the WBDO (Web Based Dealer Ordering) system. In addition, there is no information available on when the Adaptive Steering commodity restraint will be lifted.

Its very frustrating how some dealers have no clue when it comes to customer orders.  I showed my salesperson how to get the rail car details on the VVR and he still would not send it over to me.  He said it was confidential information?  I just don't get it.
