How do you get a timeline of the rail tracking? I have called the csx # and know my truck is at the local rail yard and has been since Sunday however my dealership isn’t helpful at all and share nothing with me.

Thanks again for all the great information Ice! Cyberdman got me my rail car # yesterday and when I called the csx line last night it said my truck was in Tampa and arrived there Sunday. The dealership is on the other side of Tampa so the my truck is probably about 45 minutes from my dealership. I’m sure it will sit there for a week or more.?

Cyberdman could you track my 450 for me?It’s shipped but the dealership has not been helpful at all. I called them to get the rail car information so I could track myself and the claim they cannot get that information even though I shared Icecapades post on how it’s done. I called my salesman yesterday and asked if he could get me the rail car number off of the VVR, when he called me back he said he couldn’t get the rail car number but he saw that my truck was in Kentucky on 11/30. They have been very unhelpful during this whole process! I read in another forum that the rail car initials and number is at the top of the window sticker after the 9 normal. Is that accurate? When I use that number the csx line says no information available on that car.

Got the shipped email from Ford, anyone have a truck delivered to Florida the eta seems pretty quick compared to what I’ve seen others experiencing for shipping lead time.

I have my vin and order code my truck is “in production” what concerns me is after I got my window sticker my dealer said my build was on a 30 day hold, after sharing that information here ice capades recommended I ask to see the information they were referencing. When I asked my dealer for a screenshot of what they were seeing they began backtracking and changing their story. They will not provide me with a copy of what they’re seeing and as I have been working out of town I haven’t been able to pay them a visit. That will change this week, time to meet with the sales manager.

Yea that doesn’t ease my fears at all! I’m going to pay the dealership an in person visit this week, meet the manager, look him in the eyes and shake his hand and let him know that I expect my truck!

I’m going on 16 weeks without a delivery date and I know there are many guys that have been waiting way longer then me. My biggest problem is the information my dealer provides is way behind the information I have and at some times almost seems misleading like they have another buyer for my truck.

I have the same x’s in place of my name on my order sheet from the dealership. My first initial and last name is only 6 letters so I don’t believe I would exceed a maximum length. My biggest concern in this whole process has been having my truck sold out from under me. This is my first special order truck and when I placed it I didn’t even know that was a possibility, since then I have found out it’s a very real possibility.

My truck has gooseneck kit and spray in liner. Its been “in production” for over a week now with no change I’m wondering if that’s slowing my build down as well. Hopefully your 12/17 date holds true and your truck gets built! This process is super frustrating!

Did you get a window sticker yet? I received mine last Friday and the Ford tracker says in production since then with no change. Yesterday the Mach e reservation tracker said delivery in NaN days today it’s back to in production.

The Mach e site has never been able to retrieve mine either however the Mach e reservation tracker site does pull up my truck. https://seg.fyi/mache-vin/#/

The ford tracker still says in production for my truck however the mach e reservation tracker just changed to this. Anybody have any thoughts on NaN days? Happy Thanksgiving to all!

I got my window sticker last Friday and my status changed to “ in production “ but no movement since.

I believe this date changes as the process moves along. The first date is when the widow sticker is generated then changes when the truck is built and changes again when it ships.
