  1. Anything you'd suggest I ask my dealer specifically? Being a customer and not having experience with WBDO or really the order process in general (especially in all the supply chain madness), it's often the case of not knowing what to ask for. Regardless, I appreciate all the work you guys do to make the forum a valuable resource for those of us on the outside looking in.
  2. Wondering if anyone can shed some light on my current situation. I placed an order for a 2022 Raptor in October. I confirmed that my dealer has an available allocation. Ford Performance was able to see my order in the system up until about 3 weeks ago. It was around that time my dealer informed me that someone up the food chain with the Scheduling department was assigning my order Priority 01 and it was expected to be scheduled as a part of February 2022 production. Since that time, Ford Performance can no longer see my order in the system. Last Thursday, after checking in with Ford Performance and being told that they still could not see a 2022 Raptor Order with the dealer and sales code I provided, I met with my dealer in person Friday afternoon. He pulled my order right up in his system. Sure enough, Priority 01, all my options, etc. My concern is that my order is on some sort of hidden status since the change in priority. I've triple checked the Dealer Code and Sales Code and they match what was on my dealer's screen and the printout of the build sheet. Anyone heard of anything like this before?
