So… I bought a 226/241 comp cams thumper kit for a 351M (77 f250). Springs, lifters we’re in the kit. kit link is below. new 1.7 compression rocker arms. I timed it to the cam “dot” being at 6oclock position and the crank at TDC “dot” at 12 o’clock. put everything back together & can not get this thing to start. I’ve moved my distributor & rotor 15 000 times. SMALL backfire on first two times of start up. still no fire, it’s got power through the coil, as it I left the neutral blade switch engaged & it ate my ass up when I was adjusting the rotor.
