Turns out it's the Shifter Bushing. Shifter lever was loose and truck thought it was in R and wouldn't start.

I have a 2004 with the 5.4L Triton 198K. Drove it a couple of days ago and everything was fine. Today it won't start. It turns over but won't fire. It seems like maybe no spark or no fuel (it has 1/2 tank). After cranking I don't smell gas. Everything seems normal when I turn the key except the no starting. Any suggestions on what to check? Maybe clogged fuel filter? Heading out to check the inertia switch. I'm not that familiar with this truck as I only had it for about 10 months. My previous one was a F150 ('91).
