Hello, I am new here and have my first Ford Expedition Max Limited on its way to the dealership. I was able to get the railcar # and track it on the CSX quicktrace phone. It tells me it got to NW Ohio ICTF by CSXT on July 24th at 144pm and that it has a scheduled delivery in Gibson Indiana on July 24th at 430am. How in the world can that be? 430am comes before 144pm on the same day. It makes no sense. My dealer is no help. They just tell me that it shows built. They tell me they have no further information. I feel like my salesman doesn't know what he's doing or doesn't want to tell me the route/tracking details. Does anyone have another way to track a railcar and its route?
