Pulled the right front fender liner out to remove fender flare and this part fell out. My collision techs say that they find this part loose in all vehicles equipped when they pull the liner out. Unable to find part in fiches and unable to cross the stamped production number. Would like to know what it is and its use and if I need to reinstall it. Thanks in advance for your help.
