Thank you for the suggestion! I tried the disconnect of the battery and seems to be working now. I will keep an eye out for if it does it again. Appreciate you reaching out about this problem.

The screen turns on to the part where it says F series 75 years and stays on there and never changes. I have tried the reset option of pushing the power on and the forward skip to reset the screen which it does to come right back to the same frozen screen. Any other solutions would be greatly appreciated, besides taking it into the dealership.
